For cheer, lacrosse, field hockey, volleyball and swim clubs

Run your club, not your spreadsheets.

Scheduling, enrollment, attendance, billing and family communication — in one place, for every team and every location.

The weekly schedule, with the list of who is booked open on one session
The problem

The schedule lives on a whiteboard, in a spreadsheet and in the front desk's memory. Rooms get double-booked, and a coach ends up in two places at once.

Scheduling

One schedule everyone trusts.

  • Move, cancel or re-coach a single session — the weekly pattern stays exactly as it was.
  • Double-book a room or a coach and it names the exact date that clashes, before you save.
  • Click any count to see who is booked in, trials and drop-ins included.

Every session shows how full it is — one click shows who.
The problem

“Is Tuesday full?” “Can my daughter try a class?” “Does the coach have a private lesson open?” Your front desk answers the same questions all day.

Families

Parents help themselves.

  • Families see their athletes' classes, open seats and prices — and book for themselves.
  • Private lessons only show dates with a free seat, so a session can't be oversold.
  • Try a class or drop in; staff accept or decline from one queue. Cancel one date, not the whole booking.

The problem

A lesson gets taught and never invoiced. The month had five Mondays but the family was charged for four. A class was cancelled and somebody paid anyway.

Billing

Billed for what actually happened.

  • Classes are priced per session held: a five-week month costs more than a four-week one, and a cancelled class costs nothing.
  • The invoice shows price × sessions, so nobody has to take your word for the total.
  • Private lessons bill like any class. Tuition levels, sibling discounts and twice-a-month billing are built in, and the cents always add up.
An invoice: tuition for two athletes, five Stunt Clinic sessions at $95.00, and a sibling discount

The problem

Announcements go out in a group chat. A new family gets a temporary password by text. A parent forgets it and calls you. A coach can't get in and asks the front desk.

Getting started

Families start without a phone call.

  • Register a family and they are emailed an invitation to choose their own password.
  • Forgot it? Send a reset link, or set a temporary one from the family's or coach's card.
  • Announcements and conversations live in the app — replies come back to you privately.

The problem

You hold children's medical notes, family contacts and payment history. If something changes, can you say who did it, and when? If data is lost, can you get it back?

Trust

A record you can stand behind.

  • Every change is logged in plain sentences: who did what, and when.
  • Each club's data is walled off from every other club's.
  • Download a full backup of your club, restore it if something goes wrong, and switch on maintenance mode before anything risky.
