Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how PremierOS LLC (“PremierOS”, “we”, “us”) handles information collected through our products — including PremierOS Sport, the gym and studio management platform at cheer.premieros.app and its other sport-branded addresses — and the people who use them: gym owners and staff, coaches, and parents/guardians (together, “you”).
Information we collect
- Account information — name, email address, and role (staff, coach, or parent/guardian), used to sign you in and show you the right screens for your organization.
- Athlete information — name, age, and anything a guardian or the organization chooses to record about an athlete, including, where entered, medical notes — managed by the organization on the athlete’s behalf.
- Phone numbers, when an organization or family provides one for text-message notifications (see “Text messages” below) — never collected for any other purpose.
- Payment information — handled by our payment processor directly; we never store card numbers, bank account numbers, or similar payment credentials on our own servers.
- Usage information — ordinary application logs (sign-ins, errors) kept to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
To provide the service your organization has signed up for — scheduling, attendance, billing, and messaging between the organization and families — and to send the notifications you or your organization have turned on (email or text), respond to support requests, and meet our legal obligations.
Text messages
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Text-messaging consent and the phone numbers associated with it are used solely to deliver the messages you signed up for (such as class or invoice notices from your organization) and are never shared with third parties for their own marketing. Message frequency varies by organization and by what you have opted into. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
Who we share information with
- Your organization — the gym, club or studio you or your athlete is enrolled with can see the information needed to run its program. The platform is how an organization manages its own families, not a shared directory across organizations.
- Service providers — companies that host our infrastructure, process payments, or deliver email and text messages on our behalf, bound to use what we share with them only to provide that service.
- Nobody else. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes.
Children’s information
Some athletes using an organization’s program are minors. Their information is entered and managed by a parent or guardian through that guardian’s own account; we do not knowingly collect information directly from a child.
Data retention and security
We keep information for as long as it is needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations, and use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the date above shows when it was last changed.
