Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern use of PremierOS products — including PremierOS Sport, the gym and studio management platform operated by PremierOS LLC (“PremierOS”, “we”, “us”). By using a PremierOS product — as an organization’s staff, a coach, or a parent/guardian — you agree to these Terms.

The service

PremierOS Sport helps gyms, clubs and studios (“Organizations”) manage scheduling, attendance, billing, and communication with the families enrolled in their programs. An Organization and its staff control the content and programs offered through their own account; PremierOS operates the platform they use to do it.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. An Organization’s staff are responsible for the information they enter about their athletes and families.

Fees and billing

Tuition, fees, and other charges shown on an invoice are set by the Organization, not by PremierOS. Where online payment is offered, it is processed by our payment processor under its own terms; PremierOS does not store your card or bank account details.

Text messages

By providing a mobile number for text notifications, you consent to receive text messages related to your Organization’s program (such as schedule changes, cancellations, or invoice notices). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of enrolling in an Organization’s program.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access another Organization’s data, interfere with the service’s operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, PremierOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

An Organization may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these Terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the date above shows when they were last changed.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [ — state where PremierOS LLC is registered, to be filled in ], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
